Our house was listed on a Monday afternoon and we had showings the same day, Tom always provided us with the feed back of the clients looking at our home and it was nice to hear what their comments were. The market was slowing down so we had expected the house to be on the market for a little bit considering we lived a little out of the way but we had an offer on our home the third day and our home was sold.

We first met Tom when our son and daughter-in-law sold their house.  He worked tirelessly to help a young couple sell a home in a difficult location at a time when real estate wasn’t a hot comodity.
